PJM's flight crews have experience and training above and beyond the charter industry norm, such as: each of our charter flight crews include two type-rated pilots, who receive 6-month recurrent training at FlightSafety International®, and are trained and qualified in international operations, crew resource management, and fatigue management, and every pilot has a First Class Medical. Additionally, PJM's crews are Medaire® trained to deal with medical emergencies, and the aircraft are equipped with Medaire® first aid equipment, including automated external defibrillation devices.

It is with great pride that we provide strict adherence to aircraft maintenance requirements as set by the manufacturer. Each member of our maintenance team is factory trained and certified, and is among the best in the industry. In accordance with FAA requirements, each maintenance technician receives pre-employment drug screening, and undergoes routine random drug screening. Our Director of Maintenance, has 25 years of diversified aviation maintenance management experience. Prior to joining PJM, he managed Cessna's customer demonstration flight department maintenance.

All aircraft are enrolled in the Rolls Royce Corporate Care Program and Cessna ProParts Program, ensuring strict scrutiny of maintenance needs and repairs.
